Agreement
The Audiovisual Archive has signed an Agreement of Preservation of its documental base with the Asociación Proyectos Culturales para el Desarrollo (Cultural Projects for Development Association). This agreement has the support of more than 50 Argentinean writers.
Since this agreement, it is guaranteed a security copy of all the documents produced and gathered by the Buenos Aires Audiovisual Archive, in order to keep and preserve them.

Celebration: Griselda Gambaro
On July 28, the great dramatist, author of plays such as "La malasangre" and "La señora Macbeth" will be 80 years old. In an interview recently published by Ñ magazine, Gambaro reveals she is working in a play about the elderly, which "surprise, bother and touch" her. To celebrate the birthday of this author, owner of a constant production and a great quality that have made their texts to be translated to several languages, we have decided to offer her this space and bring you, as a present, a fragment of an interview by Gerardo Guthman, from 1988, in which Gambaro reflects on theater and narrative.
